Position Title:

Digital & Demand Generation Marketing Manager

Description:

The Manager, Digital and Demand Generation Marketing is responsible for optimizing expertise across digital channels, top and middle of the funnel. The Manager, Digital and Demand Generation Marketing will build nurture flows in an automation platform, build scoring rubric and identify required system integrations.

• 5+ years marketing experience
• B2B Digital and Demand Generation experience
• BA or BS (preferably Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications, or equivalent theoretical depth)
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability/desire to build.
• Demonstrated strategic agility. Proven record with strategy creation and execution.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Strong sense of navigating social networks to drive results.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (strong presentation skills a must). Ability to motivate and inspire different audiences.
• Drive for results. “Can-do” attitude and persistence.
• Interpersonal savvy. Outstanding communication skills along with the capacity to work within corporate and entrepreneurial environments.
• Creativity. Ability to champion and execute new and innovative approaches, ideas, methods, processes, products and services.
• Ability to effectively lead and manage teams to high degree of success.
• Demonstrated success in leadership situations and decision-making.
• Demonstrated success using analytical skills and critical thinking to formulate strategic direction.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, or similar.
