Position Title:

Director, North America Field and Channel Marketing


Boston, MA


Outstanding opportunity to join a fast-growing SaaS firm transforming the way organizations manage cyber risk. The NA Director of Field and Channel Marketing is responsible for developing creative and integrated regional field marketing plans that drive pipeline and revenue to maximize the marketing mix, throughout the buyer's journey. This marketing professional will partner with the regional sales leaders and teams, which include Enterprise Sales, Corporate Sales, Commercial Sales, Account Managers, Sales Development Reps and Channel Account Managers. In addition to the sales team, it is important to develop strong relationships with the Corporate Marketing and Channel Marketing teams to support sales revenue goals by implementing integrated marketing programs that deliver new opportunities and accelerate existing opportunities.

The successful candidate will have:
• Experience driving channel marketing programs within the field.
• Deep proven track record in driving strategy, execution, measurement.
• Creating and implementing integrated programs with stakeholder buy-in leveraging ABM, thought leadership and other tactics.
• Ability to assess, adapt, measure and communicate progress and areas of strength and improvement.
• Strong delegation and prioritization skills.
• Ability to attract, hire and retain resources. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Take and act on positive and constructive feedback.
• Team management skills, problem solving and escalation astuteness.
• 3+ years of Leadership skills.
• Individual competency in project management, assessment and recommendation.
• Executive level visibility, trust and accountability.
• Knowledge, experience and eagerness to learn systems for planning, execution, measurement - AirTable, Hubspot, SFDC.
• B2B Enterprise SaaS experience. Security experience is a plus.
