Position Title:

Marketing Communications/Content Manager




Founded in 2018, our client offers disruptive solutions, and their customers include some of the largest companies in the world. They are looking for an experienced, driven, and creative Marketing Communications Manager to raise and sustain their brand awareness in the market. You will use your expertise in building awareness for B2B SaaS companies to help develop and execute a content and thought leadership strategy across PR, AR, social, community, influencer relations, internal and customer communications.

Targeting key audiences, you will create compelling content and communications that connect what we do with why it matters. A successful candidate will come in, take ownership of our marketing communications efforts, set a standard for excellence and grow both the team and the business.

You are obsessed with crafting stories that influence and disrupt markets. You’ve been there and done that for B2B SaaS companies using a combination of strong creative writing with excellent relationship-building skills. You are hard-working, collaborative, results-oriented and you enjoy translating influence into measurable results as much as you love reading into the psychology behind the numbers.

You know a great story when you see it because you understand how to develop, evolve and align a unique narrative with an unmet market need – you also know how to develop, scale and evolve a content creation engine that turns target audiences into believers and champions.

The successful candidate will have:
• 3+ years of content strategy and thought leadership creation experience for technology/SaaS space
• BA/BS in Journalism, Marketing, Communications or related field (or equivalent skills/experience) is required
• Expert verbal and written storytelling and communications skills
• Solid understanding of social media platforms (especially LinkedIn & Twitter) and online communities
• Ability to quickly absorb new information, identify interdependencies, and plot/execute a course of action
• Ability to think creatively, strategically and quantitatively
• Excellent attention to detail with strong project management skills
• A startup mindset and can shift and adapt quickly, resourcefully and autonomously
• Highly comfortable in a high-paced and dynamic team environment, graceful and resilient under pressure.
